Bookings can be cancelled/amended up to 12 hours prior to due time. In this case, cancellations will be refunded fully. To cancel or amend appointments please follow the links in your confirmation email.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for no-shows, lateness or inability to present valid ID when prompted.

Please try to attend appointments on time, we get very busy and may not be able to fit you in later on in the day. If you are going to be late, please let us know beforehand so we can try to accommodate for this.

Please make sure you have eaten beforehand.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment time.

When booking with Pure Piercing, you may receive appointment-specific communication from Setmore. This includes confirmations, receipts and reminders via email and SMS.
